1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SabiVerify, registering an account, or purchasing any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Eligibility

To use SabiVerify you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be prohibited from using our services under the laws of your country or jurisdiction.

By using SabiVerify, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements.

3. Your Account

3.1 Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at info@sabiverify.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3.3 One Account Per User

Each user may only maintain one active account. Creating multiple accounts to exploit promotions or circumvent restrictions is prohibited and may result in permanent suspension.

4. Our Services

4.1 Virtual Number / OTP Verification

SabiVerify provides temporary, non-VoIP virtual phone numbers for one-time SMS verification on supported third-party platforms. By purchasing a virtual number, you acknowledge:

• Numbers are for single-use verification only and are not permanent SIM cards.
• OTP delivery depends on third-party platforms and cannot be guaranteed in all cases.
• Numbers are assigned for a limited time window; unused numbers are released after expiry.
• You are responsible for ensuring that the intended use of the number complies with the third-party platform's & sabiverify.com terms of service.

4.2 International & Local Airtime

SabiVerify enables instant airtime top-ups to mobile numbers in 50+ countries. Delivery is processed through third-party carrier networks. Completion times may vary by network but are typically instant.

4.3 Data Bundles

Data bundle purchases are processed through official carrier partners. Once a data bundle order is submitted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, as the transaction is forwarded immediately to the network operator.

5. Wallet & Payments

5.1 Funding Your Wallet

Payments to your SabiVerify wallet are processed securely via Flutterwave. Accepted methods include Bank Transfer, Visa/MasterCard, and USSD. Wallet funds are credited automatically upon successful payment confirmation.

5.2 Wallet Balance

• Wallet balances are non-transferable to other accounts.
• Wallet funds do not earn interest.
• SabiVerify reserves the right to freeze a wallet balance if fraudulent activity is suspected, pending investigation.

5.3 Pricing

All prices displayed on the platform are inclusive of any applicable service fees. Prices may change at any time without prior notice. The price displayed at the time of your order is the price you will be charged.

6. Refunds & Disputes

6.1 Successful Transactions

Transactions that are successfully delivered are non-refundable. This includes airtime top-ups, data bundle deliveries, and virtual numbers where the OTP was successfully received.

6.2 Failed Transactions

If a transaction fails and the service is not delivered, the amount will be automatically credited back to your SabiVerify wallet within 24 hours. If you do not receive a refund within this period, contact our support team.

6.3 Disputes

To raise a dispute about a transaction, contact us within 24 hours of the transaction date via info@sabiverify.com or WhatsApp, providing your transaction ID and a description of the issue.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use SabiVerify for any of the following:

• Fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities of any kind.
• Creating fake accounts or impersonating others on any platform using our virtual numbers.
• Bypassing platform security in a manner that violates the target platform's terms of service.
• Reselling our services without our written authorisation.
• Using automated scripts or bots to abuse our platform.
• Any activity that could damage, disable, or impair our platform or servers.
• Harassing, threatening, or harming any individual or group.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund and may be reported to relevant authorities.

8. Limitation of Liability

SabiVerify provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of our platform.
• We are not liable for delays, failures, or errors caused by third-party carriers, payment processors, or platforms.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on SabiVerify — including the logo, brand name, design, text, software, and graphics — is the property of SabiVerify and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

10. Termination

SabiVerify reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Your account has been used for fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Your account activity poses a risk to other users or the platform.

You may also delete your account at any time by contacting support. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any unused wallet balance if the termination is due to a breach of these terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts applicable to SabiVerify's place of business.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of SabiVerify after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
